Transmission Line Project Engineer (PE) – On-site
HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer (PE) based in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role is part of a team of industry-recognized engineers and scientists who have been at the forefront of grid transformation for more than a century. As global energy demands grow, you will contribute to projects that span from massive data centers to the modernization of transmission systems, working side-by-side with experienced colleagues to design and deliver effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a Transmission Line Project Engineer (PE) on electric transmission projects in support of growing energy needs.
- Work collaboratively with HDR’s engineers and scientists on assignments that include large-scale data center power delivery and transmission system modernization.
- Help design and deliver engineering solutions that align with project objectives and client expectations.

- A professional identified by the title Transmission Line Project Engineer (PE); the role is aligned with engineering practice for licensed Professional Engineers.
- A candidate prepared to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams on transmission-related projects.
