Shield Consulting Solutions is seeking a senior-level Front-End Developer to improve and rearchitect the user interface for the TESTFLIGHT product with a strong emphasis on Section 508 accessibility. This role will focus on enhancing accessibility in the existing TESTFLIGHT interface and developing a new frontend that natively incorporates Section 508 accessibility capabilities into the redesigned user interface.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance Section 508 accessibility of the current TESTFLIGHT interface to meet applicable accessibility standards and guidelines.
Redevelop and implement a new frontend that integrates Section 508 accessibility capabilities into the new user interface design.
Perform thorough accessibility testing and validation to ensure compliance with Section 508 requirements.
Document accessibility improvements and implementation details for handoff and future maintenance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Senior-level experience in front-end development (title indicates senior-level role).
Required Experience: Java 8+.
