Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Adversary Operations, Innovation & Purple Team Operations – On-site

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer on the Adversary Operations, Innovation & Purple Team Operations team, you will develop processes and documentation, drive new cyber detection capability, and establish the baseline for strategic hunts. This role focuses on hands-on purple team engagements and repeatable, measurable testing to strengthen detection and response across cloud and platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document processes: Create and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and documentation that support purple team activities and sustained detection improvements.
• Drive detection capability: Design and help implement new cyber detection capabilities to improve visibility and accelerate response.
• Establish hunt baselines: Establish baseline metrics and evidence to support strategic threat hunts.
• Tactical purple operations: Execute purple team engagements that emulate adversary techniques to validate and improve defensive controls.
• Repeatable MSV-based testing: Conduct repeatable MSV-based testing to measure detection efficacy and track progress over time.
• Custom tooling: Develop and use custom tooling to support testing, automation, and analysis workflows.
• Cloud and platform testing: Perform testing across cloud and platform environments to identify gaps and verify detection and mitigation strategies.
