Onsite_Backend Engineer – Agentic AI & LLM Systems in AZ – On-site
The Backend Engineer will join Themesoft Inc as an onsite member of the Phoenix, AZ team to work on Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and infrastructure that support agentic workflows and LLM integrations. This role requires close collaboration with frontend engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define API contracts and ensure reliable deployment and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services for Agentic AI and LLM systems.
- Implement and operate control, CI/CD, and deployment automation to support continuous delivery and reliable production releases.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define API contracts, integration points, and service interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure stability and scalability of backend systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems or related AI/ML backend environments.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment automation in production environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with frontend engineers and cross-functional teams to define and implement API contracts.
- Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
