Overview
The Production Support & AI-Forward DevOps Engineer will operate at the intersection of production support and cloud/DevOps practices. The position emphasizes sustaining and improving production systems while integrating AI-forward approaches where applicable to support product engineering efforts.
Primary Focus Areas
- Production support: Responding to and resolving incidents, maintaining availability and reliability of production systems.
