IBM MQ / ACE Middleware Engineer – On-site
We are seeking an experienced IBM MQ / ACE Middleware Engineer to sustain and strengthen the middleware environment that supports applications, development, and the infrastructure that makes reliable data exchange possible. In this role you will collaborate closely with application developers and infrastructure partners to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues and to maintain overall middleware health and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Sustain and strengthen the IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) middleware environment.
- Work alongside developers and infrastructure partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems affecting message flows and integrations.
- Support reliable data exchange between systems and applications, ensuring middleware stability and performance.
- Participate in operational activities to maintain middleware health and availability.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and improvements that reduce incidents and improve resiliency.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience working with IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with application developers and infrastructure teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a middleware or integration environment.
- Experience supporting operational middleware services and maintaining reliable data exchange between systems.
