Mindlance is seeking an experienced IBM MQ / ACE Middleware Engineer to help sustain and strengthen our middleware environment. In this full-time role based in Bethesda, MD, you will work alongside application developers and infrastructure partners to solve operational challenges, improve platform reliability, and prepare our integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen the IBM MQ / ACE middleware environment.
Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to address operational issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and non-production integration problems.
Drive improvements that increase reliability and stability of integration platforms.
Prepare and sustain integration platforms to meet organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with IBM MQ.
Demonstrated experience working with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
Experience in middleware engineering and supporting integration platforms.
