Ema is hiring a Devops Engineer to join our remote U.S. team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering work that supports building and scaling our infrastructure. The position requires deep Kubernetes expertise and a track record in platform reliability and operations.

About the team

Our leadership and engineering team include executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, and engineers from premier technology companies. Team members also include graduates of Stanford, MIT, and UC.

Key responsibilities

Contribute across DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering functions.
Help build, operate, and scale the platform and infrastructure.
Work to improve reliability, availability, and operational practices.

Qualifications (required)

4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge and practical experience.
