Wyetech is seeking a Software Engineer 2 (SWE2) — Full Stack Developer to join a small, dynamic development team in Maryland supporting the COUNTERPUNCH mission. This full-time role is ideal for a strong full stack developer with hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as REACT and a desire to contribute to mission-focused software work.

What you will do

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support the COUNTERPUNCH mission.
Work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced development team to deliver reliable, maintainable software.
Contribute to front-end development using technologies such as REACT, and participate in back-end or integration work as required by the team.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required qualifications

Experience as a full stack developer at the SWE2 level (mid-level software engineer).
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as REACT.
Ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic team supporting a mission-driven project.
