We are seeking a motivated and driven Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and achieving results in a competitive environment.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with companies across various industries to identify, attract, and place high-quality professionals who make a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify qualified professionals through networking, sourcing, and recruiting strategies.
• Communicate with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Build long-term partnerships with businesses and hiring managers.

Recruitment & Business Development

• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Conduct daily outreach activities, including phone-based candidate and client communication.
• Make approximately 60–70 outbound calls per day to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of industry sectors and talent markets.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients throughout the hiring process.

Team Collaboration & Performance

• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Follow proven recruiting strategies and apply coaching feedback.
• Track goals, performance metrics, and recruitment activities.
• Continuously improve recruiting skills and industry knowledge.

• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with professionals daily.
