Job Overview

Liberty Mutual is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound warm leads and help customers choose the right insurance coverage. This is a remote, customer-focused sales role with paid training, licensing support, and strong earning potential.

Training cohorts begin in May and June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm sales leads (no cold calling)
Consult with customers on insurance needs and coverage options
Match products and benefits to customer requirements
Convert leads into active policyholders
Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Maintain accurate records and follow sales processes

Training & Work Setup

Paid training (16–18 weeks depending on licensing status)
Company-paid Property & Casualty licensing
Remote onboarding from day one

Must maintain high-speed wired internet and dedicated workspace

Schedule

Full-time schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
Example shift: 11 AM – 8 PM (CST)
Fixed schedule for first 12 months

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of sales experience preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer service or sales background required (2+ years minimum)
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
Must obtain Property & Casualty license after hire

Compensation 💰

Base Salary: $45,000/year
Total First-Year Earnings: $55,000 – $75,000 (base + commission)
Top Performers: $85,000+ annually
