Job Overview

JASINT is seeking a Senior UI/UX Specialist to support mission-critical government programs within EMO. This role focuses on designing high-quality user experiences, visual assets, and technical documentation in support of intelligence and operational systems.

You will work closely with government stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, usable, and visually effective digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Development

  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and system diagrams
  • Develop user interfaces for government and intelligence applications
  • Create intuitive and visually consistent design solutions

Documentation & Visual Content

  • Produce professional-grade documentation and training materials
  • Create slides, slick sheets, templates, and visual assets
  • Support CI/HUMINT documentation and system workflows

Collaboration & Testing

  • Facilitate Working Groups (WGs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams
  • Translate requirements into functional UI/UX deliverables

Design Execution

  • Develop logos, graphics, and visual communication materials
  • Support video, image, and multimedia content creation
  • Maintain design consistency across platforms and systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience, OR
  • 5–7 years of relevant professional/UI/UX experience (or equivalent intelligence background)
  • Senior-level experience in UI/UX design and digital product development
  • Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and system diagrams
  • Ability to work in classified, mission-driven environments
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in government or intelligence community environments
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
  • Experience with training materials and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile or structured development processes
  • Ability to support workshops, reviews, and stakeholder sessions

Work Environment

  • Primarily sedentary office-based role
  • May require light physical document handling or filing tasks
  • On-site work in secure government environments (Quantico, VA)
