Redhorse Corporation is seeking Senior “Everything Engineers” (Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer) with a Backend focus to modernize a mission-critical legacy system into a modern web ecosystem. This role will use an Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle and AI-led tools such as Claude. This is a remote, full-time position; salary is not specified and will be disclosed during the hiring process.

What you will do

Serve as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a primary emphasis on backend design and implementation.
Modernize a mission-critical legacy system and migrate or evolve it into a modern web ecosystem.
Participate in and contribute to an Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle.
Use AI-led tools (for example, Claude) as part of the development and delivery process.

Qualifications

Senior-level full-stack engineering experience with a clear backend focus.
Experience modernizing or working with mission-critical legacy systems.
Familiarity with, or willingness to work within, an Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle and to use AI-led development tools such as Claude.
