Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Remote
We are seeking Senior “Everything Engineers” with a backend focus to modernize a mission-critical legacy system and migrate it into a modern web ecosystem using an Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle. In this role you will leverage AI-led development tools (for example, Claude) as part of the engineering workflow. This is a full-time, remote position with Redhorse Corporation. Salary will be disclosed during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Modernize and migrate a mission-critical legacy system into a modern web ecosystem.
- Serve as a Senior full-stack engineer with a primary focus on backend design and implementation while contributing across the stack as needed.
- Participate in and help shape an Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle to increase productivity and code quality.
- Use AI-led tools (for example, Claude) as part of the development and automation process.
Qualifications
- Senior-level Full-Stack Software Engineer with a clear emphasis on backend engineering.
- Experience working with or modernizing legacy systems and moving them to modern web architectures.
- Familiarity and comfort working with AI-led development tools and workflows (for example, Claude) and participating in an Agentic AI SDLC.
- Aptitude for working remotely on a full-time basis.
