We are seeking a Senior AWS Cognito & Okta IAM Engineer to join Tekaccel Inc in Phoenix, AZ (hybrid). This senior engineering role will focus on architecting, implementing, and operating identity and access management (IAM) capabilities using AWS Cognito and Okta. The successful candidate will develop and maintain operational runbooks and work closely with application, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure secure, reliable, and well-documented identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and operational support of IAM solutions leveraging AWS Cognito and Okta.
Create, update, and maintain runbooks and operational documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams to integrate and align identity controls with business and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues to maintain availability and security of identity services.
Contribute to enterprise-wide identity strategy and help enforce best practices for access management and identity lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Senior-level experience with AWS Cognito and Okta in an engineering or operational capacity.
Proven ability to develop and maintain runbooks and clear operational documentation.
Experience collaborating across application, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical identity concepts for multiple stakeholders.
Available to work in a Phoenix, AZ hybrid arrangement.
