RPA Developer – On-site
Deloitte is seeking an RPA Developer to implement robotic process automation (RPA) software in client environments. In this role you will serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor, working with stakeholders to design and deliver automation solutions that meet client needs. This position is full-time and based in Baltimore, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Implement RPA software in client environments, ensuring solutions are delivered end-to-end.
- Serve as a process engineer by analyzing client processes, identifying automation opportunities, and recommending improvements.
- Act as a technology implementer to configure and deploy automation solutions within client systems and environments.
- Develop solutions by designing and building automation workflows and artifacts that address client requirements.
- Advise clients on automation strategy, solution design choices, and adoption considerations throughout engagements.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate automation solutions with broader client initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
Skills and qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor.
- Experience implementing RPA software in client environments and delivering automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to interact with client stakeholders and project teams.
