Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher & Team Lead to own and advance the company’s user-research practice. This hands-on leadership role combines deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative UX research with responsibility for planning, executing, and improving research programs. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, design comprehensive research plans, and ensure research outputs drive product and design decisions.

Key responsibilities

Lead research planning: Work with leadership and stakeholders to define project scope and design comprehensive research plans aligned to business and product goals.
Design and run studies: Develop and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies that answer core product and UX questions.
Oversee research delivery: Manage research projects from kickoff through synthesis and dissemination, ensuring rigor, timeliness, and actionable insights.
Refine research processes: Own and improve research methods, standards, templates, and workflows to increase quality and consistency across studies.
Team leadership: Provide direction, mentorship, and coordination for research contributors and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Translate findings: Synthesize results into clear recommendations and communicate insights to stakeholders to inform product strategy and design decisions.

Core qualifications & skills

Must-have: Qualitative & Quantitative UX Research.
Experience partnering with leadership and stakeholders to define project scope and research objectives.
Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive research plans and to oversee research execution and refinement.
Strong communication skills with experience translating research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
