We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Saint Lois, MO; Dallas, TX; or New York, NY. This is a full-time, lead-level position focused on designing and delivering AWS-based data solutions, Kafka integrations, and robust data pipelines to support payment integrity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based data solutions.
Develop and manage Kafka integrations for real-time data streaming.
Build, optimize, and operate data pipelines to support analytics and operational needs.
Implement data processing and engineering solutions using Python and Java.
Contribute to systems and processes that support payment integrity efforts.

Required Qualifications

Experience with AWS-based solutions.
Experience integrating and operating Kafka.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
Proficiency in Python and Java.
Experience working on payment integrity or related payment-focused data projects.
