GTM AI Engineer -Deal Desk – Remote

As a GTM AI Engineer — Deal Desk at Motive, you will focus on improving go-to-market (GTM) operations by identifying Deal Desk bottlenecks and designing AI-driven solutions. This role centers on creating automations, workflows, and intelligent agents that streamline Deal Desk processes while ensuring controls and compliance for pricing approvals and revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze Deal Desk bottlenecks affecting GTM operations.
• Design and build AI-powered automations, workflows, and agents to address identified issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Design human-in-the-loop validation processes to ensure accuracy and appropriate oversight of automated decisions.
• Create and maintain audit trails and fallback rules that support revenue-recognition policies and pricing approval processes.
