We are seeking a DevOps Developer (W2) to join Openkyber’s team in Arizona on a full-time basis. The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain CI/CD processes for Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools while collaborating effectively across teams. This position requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD processes for IAM tooling and related deployments.
Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to automate build, test, and release pipelines.
Provide support for IAM tool lifecycle activities as needed (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
Document processes and communicate status, issues, and improvements clearly to stakeholders.

Must-have Skills

Experience with DevOps CI/CD processes for IAM tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Excellent communication).

Nice-to-have Skills

Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and support of IAM tools such as IBM ISVA, IVIA, ISVG, Sailpoint.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools — for example, Jenkins.
