AI Software Engineer – On-site
We are seeking an AI Software Engineer III to join an AI agentic engineering team charged with building production-grade services, controls, and platform components that govern how AI-enabled systems behave. This position focuses on delivering reliable, maintainable platform functionality and control mechanisms that ensure predictable, production-ready behavior of agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver production-grade services that support AI-enabled systems.
- Build and maintain controls and platform components that govern the behavior of AI agents and AI-enabled applications.
- Ensure platform components meet production standards for reliability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate within the AI agentic engineering team to translate system-level governance requirements into implemented platform solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level (III) engineering experience focused on building production-grade services and platform components for AI-enabled systems.
- Practical experience or familiarity with agentic AI engineering concepts and the kinds of controls and governance needed to manage AI behavior in production.
- Proven ability to implement platform-quality software that supports operational requirements for production deployments.
