Expert Technology Services is seeking AI Engineers to join our team supporting the Cruise Lines industry. This role is based in Doral, FL and supports remote work. You will own end-to-end application delivery within an AI-driven development environment and will be responsible for directing AI coding agents to generate and evolve software solutions, applying strong engineering judgment throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of software applications in an AI-driven development environment, from requirements through deployment and iteration.
Direct and guide AI coding agents to generate, refine, and evolve software solutions, using engineering judgment to assess outputs and make design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions for the cruise lines industry.
Validate and review agent-generated code and solutions to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with project goals.
Iterate on solutions based on testing, feedback, and operational metrics to improve performance and reliability.
Document design decisions, agent workflows, and delivery outcomes to support knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

Proven ability to own and deliver applications end-to-end within an AI-driven development environment.
Experience directing, managing, or supervising AI coding agents and using engineering judgment to evaluate and evolve agent-generated code and solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions that balance short-term delivery and long-term quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with product, operations, and other engineering teams.
Ability to work remotely and be based in or near Doral, FL to support the role.
