DevOps Engineer (Vac DST) – Remote
The Institute of Free Technology — Technical Services is seeking an experienced Distributed Systems Evaluation Engineer to join our Distributed Systems Testing (DST) team. This remote, full-time DevOps Engineer role will contribute to testing and evaluation activities for distributed systems, with a focus that includes file sharing. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic engineer who will help strengthen our DST capabilities and drive reliable, repeatable evaluation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Participate as a member of the Distributed Systems Testing (DST) team to evaluate distributed systems.
- Perform testing and evaluation activities related to distributed systems, including aspects of file sharing.
- Collaborate with Technical Services team members to design, execute, and document evaluation work and test results.
- Contribute to improving DST processes and supporting the overall reliability and reproducibility of system evaluations.
