This full-time position, based in Maryland, is ideal for a strong full-stack developer with front-end experience, particularly with technologies such as React. Compensation for the role is $10k.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack features and applications that support the COUNTERPUNCH mission.
Implement and optimize front-end components using React and related front-end technologies.
Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a full-stack developer; demonstrated ability to work across both front-end and back-end concerns.
Experience with front-end technologies such as React.
Comfortable working on a small, dynamic team and supporting a mission-driven project.
