VITS Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java / Spring Boot / React) for a full-time W2 position. This remote role, based in Arizona, requires a candidate with at least 7 years of professional experience building and supporting full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot on the backend, React and modern frontend development practices on the client side, demonstrated experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and solid relational database expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and React on the frontend.
Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs to support frontend and integration requirements.
Work with relational databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
Apply modern frontend development practices and patterns when building user interfaces with React.

Required Qualifications
