We are seeking a DevOps Developer (W2) to join our team in Arizona on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps skills focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD processes for Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and will communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD processes and pipelines for IAM tooling and related components.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to integrate IAM tools into automated delivery workflows.
Troubleshoot and support build/release pipelines to ensure reliable deployments and continuous delivery.
Communicate status, issues, and technical details effectively with cross-functional teams and management.

Required Qualifications / Must Have

Proven DevOps experience.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes specifically applied to IAM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and support of IAM tools such as IBM ISVA, IVIA, ISVG, and SailPoint.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (tools not specified).
