Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Apache Kafka, and modern frontend technologies, and will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of full‑stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
Integrate and use event-driven messaging (Apache Kafka) as part of system design and communication between services.
Work across the full stack to implement frontend functionality using modern frontend technologies and integrate it with backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features and resolve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience designing or working with microservices-based architectures.
Practical experience with Apache Kafka (event-driven messaging).
Experience with modern frontend technologies (as used by the team).
Ability to work in a full-time capacity.
