BTI is seeking a talented and passionate Conversational AI Developer to manage current chatbot implementations and to design, build, and optimize the company’s next‑generation conversational AI capabilities. This role will support BTI’s enterprise IT and technical oversight services by providing hands‑on development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain existing chatbot implementations to ensure reliability and performance.
Design, build, and optimize next‑generation conversational AI solutions to meet business needs.
Provide technical oversight for conversational projects as part of BTI’s enterprise IT services.
Continuously improve conversational experiences through testing, tuning, and iteration.
