Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Adversary Operations, Innovation & Purple Team Operations – On-site

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer on the Adversary Operations, Innovation & Purple Team Operations team, you will design and document processes, drive new cyber detection capabilities, and establish baselines for strategic hunting. You will execute tactical purple team operations and repeatable testing, develop and use custom tooling, and perform both cloud and platform testing to improve detection and response posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain processes and documentation that support adversary operations and purple team activities.
• Drive the creation and enhancement of cyber detection capabilities.
• Establish baselines to inform and enable strategic threat-hunting efforts.
• Perform tactical purple team operations to validate defenses and detection coverage.
• Execute repeatable MSV-based testing to assess effectiveness and consistency of controls.
• Design, build, and leverage custom tooling to support testing and operational objectives.
• Conduct cloud and platform testing to identify gaps and improve overall security posture.
