Azure DevOps Lead – On-site
Openkyber is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Lead to provide technical and architectural leadership for DevOps, integration, and Salesforce initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing CI/CD and DevOps practices, guiding Salesforce custom development and integrations, and ensuring robust data modeling and security. Government/FedRAMP environment experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead-level architecture and technical leadership — define and drive architectural direction, best practices, and implementation strategies.
- CI/CD and DevOps — design, implement, and operate continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps processes within Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce development and integrations — lead work involving LWC (Lightning Web Components), Salesforce APIs, Flows, Triggers, and other custom development efforts.
- Integrations — architect and manage REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Data modeling and security — establish and enforce data modeling standards and security controls across platforms.
- Collaboration — work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven lead-level architecture and technical leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with LWC, Salesforce APIs and integrations, Flows, Triggers, and custom Salesforce development.
- Experience with data modeling and security practices.
- Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling and practices (Azure DevOps focus).
Preferred
- Experience working in a government or FedRAMP environment.
