Tableau Developer & Data Analytics SME – MD (Onsite) Full time – On-site
Tek Hire Solutions is seeking a Senior Tableau Developer & Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert to join our team onsite in Woodlawn, MD. This full-time role requires hands-on expertise in Tableau BI dashboard development and data management analysis. Candidates should be prepared to interview via video.
Primary responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Tableau BI dashboard development, designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Perform data management analysis to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for reporting and analytics.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Tableau workbooks and data sources to meet stakeholder requirements and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into effective visual analytics solutions and actionable insights.
- Document dashboard design, data flows, and analytical approaches to support knowledge transfer and maintenance.
Required skills and qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in Tableau BI dashboard development.
- Strong proficiency with Tableau Desktop.
- Experience with data management analysis and related practices to support reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL; PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD (this position is not remote).
- Senior-level role; candidates should demonstrate depth of knowledge appropriate to this level.
