Azure DevOps Engineer – Arizona
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native architectures. This full-time role is based in Arizona and requires the ability to work face-to-face (in person) on site. Candidates whose experience is solely or primarily in AWS will not be considered; this position is focused on Azure + Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation to support frequent, reliable releases.
- Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Work with development and operations teams to adopt cloud-native patterns and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and implement solutions to improve reliability, performance, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong, demonstrable expertise with Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proven background in CI/CD automation and pipeline development.
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud environments.
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating face-to-face with cross-functional teams in Arizona.
- Senior-level mindset: able to lead technical efforts, make architecture decisions, and mentor others.
- Candidates focused on AWS-only technologies or without Azure + Kubernetes experience will not be considered.
