Azure DevOps Engineer – Maryland
We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud‑native technologies. This full-time role, based in Maryland with Openkyber, requires a candidate who can work with Azure and Kubernetes in person (face-to-face). Candidates with AWS-only experience will not be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and associated workloads.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD automation to support rapid, reliable delivery.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code to provision and maintain environments.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to drive reliability, scalability, and security best practices.
Required skills and qualifications
- Senior-level experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native architectures.
- Able and willing to participate in face-to-face (F2F) interviews and activities as required.
- Note: Candidates with only AWS experience will not be considered for this role.
